METALS
We have extensive experience in perforating most types of commercial ferrous and non-ferrous metals including pre-galvanised sheet, aluminium and stainless steels. Post perforating treatments such as polishing, plating, powder coating or shot blasting can be arranged as required. Our experience also includes panels made from Copper, Brass, Phosphor Bronze, Cupronickel, Inconels and Monels, Titanium, Duplex alloys, Hastelloys and Nimonics. The maximum thickness of materials used can be influenced by the hole sizes and patterns, and by the material specification required. Generally non-ferrous and stainless materials can be supplied to 10.0mm thick and mild steels up to 12.0mm thick.

PLASTICS
Commercial plastics and polypropylene materials are increasingly being specified by our clients including the use of composite materials. We are able to perforate most of these material types.
