Why Choose Custom Perforated Panels?
In many applications a specially perforated panel has very positive advantages in strength, safety, ease of fixing and visual appeal.
The strength of granulor screens and similar products can be greatly increased if manufactured with unperforated areas. The screen will also give longer life.
Panels with plain margins promote safer handling. Handling panels with raw edges which have been cut from a standard perforated sheet can cause damage to unprotected limbs.
The panel illustrated has a plain margin allowing accurate positioning of fixing holes for ease of fitting. Its visual appeal is greatly enhanced by matching the angle of perforation to the angle of the panel.
Different hole sizes and patterns can be used to create visual interest within the panel as illustrated below. The potential for creative visual effect and impact is further illustrated in the architectural and environmental uses on the following pages.
