SPECIALS MANUFACTURED TO ORDER
Other perforation sizes are manufactured to order, either
from mild or stainless steels.
Heavy duty screens for Siscan machines are manufactured to
order using 3.0mm thick perforated sheet.
VIBRATORY CLEANING & SCREENING
Special panels for vibratory screening & cleaning are
manufactured through our perforating division. Mild steel, galvanised
and stainless steel screen panels can be manufactured to individual
requirements in material from 0.7mm to 15mm thick, including
profiling, fixing holes & brackets and forming as required.
Size and shape of hole pattern can influence process efficiency,
product quality, and throughput rates. Our flexible approach
to product specification and the fact that we do not restrict
you to 'standard' perforating specifications means that you can
optimise screen performance to you own requirements.
